XT Thermal Grip (Vinyl, VCT- (Vinyl composite tile) and finished flooring- High gloss, scuff resistant and increases the slip resistance)

XT Thermal Grip penetrates and adheres to most types of floor finishes and increases the inherent static coefficient of friction (COF). If used as part of our total floor safety program the increase can be as high as .8 (COF). The XT Thermal Grip treatment creates a heat-activated catalyst that responds to high speed burnishing every time it is buffed, even after months of wear and tear from scuffing and traffic. Each burnishing re-establishes the inherent slip resistant bond that XT Thermal Grip creates. XT Thermal Grip works best as part of complete and routine floor safety program in tandem with XT Clean-All.

 
   


XT- Tile-Grip (Phosphoric acid based treatment that transforms regular tile into slip-resistant tile)

XT Tile-Grip is a phosphoric acid based treatment, which microscopically profiles tile to create an enduring, high co-efficiency of friction to create a more slip resistant surface.

XT Tile-Grip can be applied to existing stone surfaces such as ceramic, quarry and terrazzo tile floors. It is also effective on porcelain such as bathtubs. XT-Tile Grip works best when the surface is degreased if necessary prior to treatment with XT Degreaser or XT Bio-Degreaser. Whether or not degreasing is necessary, the surface should be prepared with XT Renew-IT prior to XT-Tile Grip application.

 
   


XT Clean-All (For all surfaces- cleans and increases slip resistance)

Superb, neutral-PH all-purpose cleaner. When used in a regular maintenance program XT Clean-All cleans and helps restore the gloss of virtually any coating, on any type of floor surface. Most important, however, is its ability to assure a positive Coefficient of Friction and enhance the slip resistance properties of any surface it is applied to. XT Clean-All can be applied with either a mop or automatic scrubber and will not cause a build-up with routine use. Field use has produced and average increase in slip resistance of .1 (COF) per application, depending on surface, with a max of .7 to .8.

 
   


XT Bio-Degreaser (Heavy-duty degreaser with NO emulsifier)

XT Bio-Degreaser is a heavy-duty degreaser especially formulated to deal with heavy cutting oils, greases and soils. Perfect for situations where there is an intense industrial degreasing requirement where using an emulsifier is not possible. Cleans and degreases without permanently emulsifying. Leaves no residue. Biodegrabeable, non-toxic, non-hazardous. Especially useful for environments using oil/water separation systems.

 
   


XT Bio-Degreaser with Traction (Heavy-duty degreaser with NO emulsifier, with traction additive)

XT Bio-Degreaser with Traction is similar to XT Bio-Degreaser, however it includes specially formulated traction enhancing additives. These additives assure a positive Coefficient of Friction and enhance the slip resistance properties of any surface it is applied to.

 
   


XT Renew-IT (Superb concrete and grout cleaner, prepares surfaces for additional treatments)

XT Renew-IT will astound you with its superior grout and concrete cleaning abilities. Opens pores of the surface being treated. XT Renew-IT can be applied with mop or scrubber. Restores grout and concrete to original or near original appearance.

 
   


XT Degreaser (Strong degreaser with emulsifier, effective at cutting through oils, proteins and soils)

Although effective, highly alkaline, corrosive degreasers present safety issues that are becoming of increasing concern to industrial hygienists responsible for employee safety, and the maintenance personnel that use them. XT Degreaser offers a safer, yet effective alternative for cleaning and degreasing stubborn synthetic and protein-based soils, commonly encountered in industrial applications and commercial meat and food processing facilities, commercial kitchens, and food storage areas. Formulated with water-miscible-solvents and powerful detergents, XT Degreaser will readily dissolve animal fats, fish slime, meat residues, blood, oils, and other protein based and hard to remove soils. XT Degreaser moderate foaming action effectively suspends soils, yet allows its use in auto scrubbers or pressure washers without overflowing recovery tanks or generating excess foam. XT Woodbrite (Restores Hardwood/laminate to a "like-new" appearance, used in tandem with XT Thermal Grip for finishing and enhanced slip resistance)

Designed as a restoration and maintenance finish for all wood and some laminate surfaces, this viscous liquid finish is formulated from select waxes suspended in a hydrocarbon solvent-based system. Its unique composition minimizes build-up making it ideal for routine maintenance and wood/laminate restoration programs. Easily applied with a low speed buffing machine and steel wool or polishing pad this one-step application dissolves and suspends black heel marks, oily deposits, and soil, leaving behind a wax finish, which can be buffed, to a lustrous shine. Used as part of a routine maintenance program XT Woodbrite forms a tough film, which will prevent damage to expensive wood surfaces from scratching, dirt penetration, and soil or water stains. This premium finish works in tandem with XT Thermal Grip to form an enhanced slip resistant surface. XT Woodbrite is available in three colors; clear, light oak, or dark brown to allow varying degrees of grain enhancement when used on wood/laminate surfaces.
